This newly built guest house is situated in the market town of Penrith, a 15-minute walk from Penrith Rail Station.

It has beautifully decorated bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, free parking and hearty breakfasts. At Ashberry Guest House, a full English breakfast is served in the breakfast room every morning, which has six individual tables. Restaurants and pubs can be found a 10-minute walk away. The bedrooms are individually decorated and each has an en suite bathroom with a power shower. A selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and bottled water is also provided. Directions
Ashberry Guest House is situated one mile from junction 40 of the M6 and one quarter of a mile from the A66 at the southern end of Penrith. Leave the M6 at junction 40 and take the A66 (Scotch Corner)down to the Kemplay Bank roundabout and take the 1st exit. Travel down about 100 yards past the KFC restaurant (on the left), and B&Q (on the left), then just passed Ullswater Community College, turn in via the slip road just before the mini roundabout and Ashberry Guesthouse and car park is on your left. From the A6 north of Penrith, follow the signs for town centre and A66 through town until you get to John Norris Game & Fishing Tackle shop on your left, 100 meters further on you will see the Shell Garage on left, as you approach there is a mini roundabout. Just over the roundabout is an access slip road to the right and Ashberry car park is to the left side of the building.
